How do I sign-up to be a part of the programme?

A farmer or his family is required to fill out an application directly to the District Collector in order to be eligible to participate in the scheme. The farmer is required to complete the application. The application should include all the details about the accident or incident that caused that farmer's demise. The application must be submitted to the Tehsil within the time frame specified by the guidelines for the scheme.
